I was born in the UK but I spent a lot of my childhood traveling abroad as Dad worked in Saudi Arabia and Italy. I fell in love with New Zealand in 2001 when John and I came for a visit after graduating. We moved here in 2008 and I have never looked back!

I spent most of my childhood dreaming of becoming a Vet, until i visited my cousin at Osteopathy college and decided that that was the career for me. I have done a 1 year post grad study to be able to treat horses, and so have managed to combine my 2 passions after all!!

First and foremost I am a Mum. A slightly frazzled one, but I do my best!! I try and juggle as many balls as I can so understand completely that sometimes life just gets in the way and we put our bodies last. I LOVE Osteopathy as it is so gentle and yet so effective at unlocking all those long held tensions and problems we keep putting on the back burner. I also love treating Mums to be and sharing in their incredible and exciting journey!

I love sport. All sport. And I encourage all my patients to do something active. Be it walking, yoga, pilates, swimming, martial arts, tennis etc. I think movement is the KEY to us all. And I love helping everyone achieve their own personal goals. I have done 2 of the 3 APPI Mat Pilates stages and I hope to complete the last in the very near future. After a bad riding accident I turned to pilates as I wasnt able to do my usual boxing, running and gym work. I have found Osteopathy plus Mat Pilates amazing in helping me return to full fitness, and Im functioning way better than i ever have as a result of it. I am still riding and also run, play tennis and go to the gym.

Reading is another love of mine and Im always looking for a good book recommendation. I could lose myself in a book every evening! And when I win lotto I will travel the world...!!!!!!

Thats me in a nutshell!
